Families' questions

How do fees work?

We explain what care and accommodation include, how arrangements are agreed and what might change. You can ask for the full written details before making a decision.

Can friends and family visit?

Yes. Visits are welcome throughout the week and we work around the person's wishes and daily routines.

What should someone bring?

Favourite photographs, comfortable clothes and familiar belongings help make a room feel personal. We can talk through practical essentials before moving in.

How are care plans agreed?

We listen to the person, learn their preferences and agree the support needed. Plans are reviewed as things change, with family involvement where appropriate.

How can I raise a concern?

Talk to a team member or the home manager. We will listen, record the concern and explain how it will be followed up, including how to escalate it.
